Your agents can now work inside the tools your team already plans and bills with.
Microsoft Planner is supported end to end: plans, buckets, tasks, checklists and assignments. Dynamics 365 Business Central now covers the full cycle, from a purchase order through shipping, posting and invoicing.
Work that used to mean opening a second system and retyping things can now happen where the request was made.
What you can do now
- Create plans and buckets, then have an agent file tasks into the right one.
- Assign a task to a teammate, add a checklist, and mark items off as work lands.
- Raise a purchase order and receive it against an invoice without leaving the conversation.
- Ship a sales order, post it, and send the invoice as one request.
- Pull live customer balances, aged receivables and ledger entries into a summary.
Why it matters
Planning tools and finance systems are where commitments actually live. When an agent can read them but not act on them, someone still has to do the typing, and the two records drift apart.
Covering the whole cycle means the agent finishes the job. The plan reflects the work, the books reflect the plan, and nobody reconciles them by hand on Friday afternoon.
Example workflows
- Operations: A weekly plan is filed into Planner with owners and due dates already set.
- Finance: An agent receives a purchase order, posts it, and flags the two lines that did not match.
- Agency delivery: A delivery lead asks for every overdue task across three client plans in one list.
- Collections: An aged receivables summary arrives every Monday with the accounts worth chasing first.
What’s next
We'll keep deepening the business systems agents can act in, so more of the work finishes in one place.
